Cancel or request a refund

You can stop your subscription at any time. Here is the exact method for your operator and how refunds work.

How to cancel

Email support

• Send the SMS from the mobile number you subscribed with
• No app to install and no login needed

Send the keyword

Text the opt-out keyword to the short code shown for your operator.

Get confirmation

You will receive an SMS confirming that your subscription has been stopped.

You are unsubscribed

Billing ends and no further charges are made to your mobile account.

Refund policy

Refund requests are handled by our team at help@singspace-pe.com.

• You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge appearing on your mobile account.
• Send your request to help@singspace-pe.com and include the mobile number the charge was made to.
• Add the approximate date of the charge so we can locate it faster.
• We confirm receipt of every request and let you know the outcome by email.
• Approved refunds are processed through your mobile operator, via the same channel as the charge.
• Crediting time depends on your operator and can take a few billing cycles.
• Cancelling the subscription and requesting a refund are separate steps: cancel first if you want no further charges.
